Yesterday's "So Grateful" 4 card set was a simple project, so for today I decided to put layers to use in this "Best Wishes" card. The patterned paper is from the Fancy Pants Design company's Park Bench paper pack. The Happy Whale Clearlits die by Sizzix was used for the whale, water spurts and little fish. I won a pair of Fringe Scissors from attending a Stampin' Up! webinar as a new demonstrator, and I was really excited to use them to create the water feature in this card. I embossed my Whisper White cardstock with the Sizzix embossing folder Cloudy Day. The banner and sentiment are from WPlus9's Basic Banners coordinating stamp and die set. I love adding cute little touches, so the Googly Eyes I got from the Stampin' Up!'s Clearance Rack Blitz (still going, check here: Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack Blitz) were the perfect final touch.
